Since Scott Pruitt resigned from the EPA earlier this month, Acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler has been promising a new, more transparent agency. Now he will get his chance to prove it, sitting down before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Wednesday morning to explain how the agency will be different under his watch.
