Canadian pension fund to buy stake in BridgeTex pipeline

Plains All American Pipeline and Magellan Midstream Partners have agreed to sell a 50 percent stake in BridgeTex Pipeline Co. to Canadian pension fund OMERS for about $1.4 billion.
