CenterPoint Energy announced its CEO will continue to serve as chief executive as the company incorporates an Indiana utility into the regulated monopoly based in Houston. The newly-expanded company, which will continue to be called CenterPoint Energy and will remain headquartered in Houston, will be led by current CenterPoint president and chief executive officer Scott M. Prochazka.
