In a deal that could substantially cut a Houston-based pipeline company’s carbon emissions, EVX Midstream Partners has agreed to a supply contract with Chevron Phillips Chemical to buy high-temperature plastic piping for its more than 300-mile saltwater disposal pipeline project in Eagle Ford shale.
