The struggling oil field services is teetering on the brink of financial survival under its third CEO in four months after the sudden death of its founder, Josh Comstock, in March and the rapid ouster of his replacement, Randy McMullen, in June. The chief operating officer, Don Gawick, is now serving as president, CEO and COO.
