Sen. Ted Cruz is headed back to the White House Thursday, as he continues his push for the administration to reduce the cost for oil refineries of meeting the biofuels mandate. The White House says President Donald Trump will meet with senators at 2 p.m., and sources briefed on the meeting say Iowa Republicans Sen. Chuck Grassley and Joni Ernst will be in attendance, along with Cruz and Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa.
