The Houston company behind the continent’s largest natural gas complex already had plans to grow its Mont Belvieu facility and now those plans could grow even bigger. Enterprise Products Partners is considering a new $1.23 billion unit that could significantly boost its propylene production if built, according to documents from the Texas Comptroller.
