EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt told senators Tuesday his agency would not seek environmental protections at the expense of the oil and gas and other industries. During his appearance before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, Pruitt clashed with Democratic senators who criticized the administration’s year long campaign to roll back environmental regulations.
