With average gas prices up nationwide and prices breaking past $4 a gallon in California, Houston drivers got relatively lucky this week as gasoline prices barely budged this week. Yet U.S. policy changes on Iranian oil sanctions and tighter gasoline supplies could push prices up at the pump again in the coming weeks.
