Houston drivers continue to enjoy falling gasoline prices as oil prices dipped again this week amid trade tensions and fears of an economic slowdown.Gasoline prices fell 5 cents in the past week, averaging $2.36 per a gallon today, according to the gasoline tracking website GasBuddy. That is 22 cents lower than a month ago and 32 cents lower than a year ago.
