Gasoline prices rose in Houston and across the country for the second week in a row as oil prices ticked up after last week’s OPEC deal and tensions with Iran.
Gas prices in Houston nudged up 1.5 cents per a gallon, averaging $2.42 per a gallon Monday , according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 2,559 stations. Prices are less than one cent cheaper than a month ago but nearly 19 cents cheaper than the same time last year.
