With more plastics piling into rivers and oceans, the world’s biggest plastic chemical manufacturers are joining together in an major industry-led effort to curb plastic waste. A group of 27 global companies have committed $1.5 billion into developing programs and technologies to better minimize, manage and prevent plastic waste.
