After nearly a year of talks and significant delay, LyondellBasell and Braskem have mutually ended talks over a potential multi-million merger.The Houston petrochemical maker said Tuesday morning it has ended discussion with Braskem’s controlling shareholder Odebrecht SA over the potential acquisition.
