After finally showing some signs of depletion, the nation’s large stockpiles of crude oil rose again this past week, the Energy Department said Wednesday.
The somewhat surprising news comes one week after oil and fuels inventories fell in tandem, sparking signs of hope that the U.S. oil industry was beginning to re-balance after a nearly two-year oil bust.
