Title: Contract Field Landman
Location: Midland Basin
Experience: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with at least two (2) years of title experience in producing properties in West Texas/Permian Basin including, but not limited to, the following:
- Runsheets
- Leasehold takeoffs with Working Interest and Net Revenue Interest calculations
- Leasehold ownership reports
- Mineral ownership reports
- Oil and Gas Lease negotiations
Qualifications: Must have a college degree and be an active member of the AAPL. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs, namely Microsoft Excel; experience with iLandman is a plus. Candidates will be expected to be driven, team-oriented, willing to learn, able to multi-task and able to provide work that is both timely and accurate.
