A new survey suggests that many Americans – even in the oil and gas rich state of Texans – think fossil fuel companies should foot the bill for global warming.
The nationally representative survey, conducted by Yale University’s Program on Climate Change Communications (YPCCC) and commissioned by the nonprofit science advocacy group Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS), asked 5,131 adults Americans across the country their opinions about responsibility for global warming damages.
