Acting EPA Adminstrator Andrew Wheeler promised a new era at EPA Wednesday, telling EPA staffers he would work to “minimize the stress.” In his first public address since taking over the Environmental Protection Agency – live streamed online – Wheeler described a policy agenda very similar to that of his predecessor Scott Pruitt while working to assuage employees who grown tired of the scandals surrounding Pruitt.
