Kathleen Cooper was officially announced Friday as the new chairwoman of Tulsa, Okla.-based Williams to support keeping CEO Alan Armstrong in the job. Former chairman Frank MacInnis was one of six members of the 13-person board who stepped down. Williams’ only requires having a five-person board to operate.
